Automate Agency provides AI consultancy services and AI business platform subscriptions. Our services are designed to help businesses automate roles, improve efficiency, and implement bespoke AI solutions tailored to their workflows.
Our platform subscriptions and ongoing consultancy services operate on a monthly billing cycle. We do not require long-term contracts. You may cancel your subscription or ongoing services at any time with 30 days' written notice. Invoices for one-off consultancy projects are payable as per the terms outlined in your specific proposal.
Upon full payment for our consultancy services, the client owns all deliverables, custom workflows, and integrations built specifically for them. Any content, data, or materials uploaded to our platform by the client remains the sole property of the client. Automate Agency retains ownership of its underlying platform technology, pre-existing intellectual property, and general methodologies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automate Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may terminate these terms by discontinuing use of our services and providing the required 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
